The content displayed on TradersRule, especially trades, analyses, comments, and statistics shared by users, is provided solely for informational, documentation, and entertainment purposes. It does not under any circumstances constitute investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell financial instruments, or any other financial service. Any trading decisions you make based on information from this platform are at your sole risk and responsibility.

§ 1 Scope & Subject of Contract

  1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all registered users of the TradersRule platform.
  2. The subject of the contract is the provision of platform functions for use by the user.
  3. The use of the standard version is free of charge. Future premium features may be subject to a fee and require separate consent.

§ 2 Registration & User Account

  1. Registration requires true and complete information (email, username, name).
  2. Use is only permitted for persons 18 years of age or older.
  3. Access data must be kept secret. The account is not transferable.
  4. An account can be deleted by request to support.

§ 3 User Obligations & Code of Conduct

  1. The user is responsible for their own content (trades, images, comments).
  2. Only the user's own trades and related images may be posted. Third-party content is prohibited.
  3. Respectful interaction is mandatory. Insults, hate speech, spam, or advertising are prohibited.
  4. The user grants the operator the necessary rights of use to display the content on the platform.

§ 4 Gamification (Points, Levels, Rankings)

  1. All gamification elements serve purely for playful comparison and have no monetary value.
  2. A payout or transfer of points is excluded.
  3. The operator can adjust or discontinue the gamification system at any time without prior notice.

§ 5 Measures for Violations & Warning System

  1. General Measures: In case of violations of these Terms and Conditions or applicable law, the operator reserves the right to take measures. These include, but are not limited to, the deletion of content, the issuance of warnings, or the temporary or permanent blocking of the user account.
  2. Warnings: A warning is a formal notification to the user about a rule violation. It is delivered to the user in the system and logged by the operator.
  3. Automatic Account Suspension: Upon receipt of the third (3rd) warning within a period of ninety (90) days, the user account will be automatically suspended. The user will be informed of this measure by email to the registered address.
  4. Serious Violations: In case of serious violations (e.g., distribution of illegal content, fraud attempts), the operator reserves the right to immediately and permanently block a user account without prior warning.
  5. Cancellation of Warnings: Warnings can be canceled at the sole discretion of the operator after an examination of the facts.

§ 6 Disclaimer & Availability

  1. The operator is not liable for the accuracy of content shared by users.
  2. Liability for data loss is excluded. Users are recommended to maintain their own data backup.
  3. Constant availability of the platform is not guaranteed. Maintenance work is possible at any time.
  4. The operator's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence.

§ 7 Data Security and Payments

  1. Security Measures: To protect your data, we have implemented extensive technical and organizational measures, including:
    • Encrypted data transmission via TLS/SSL
    • Secure session management with automatic timeout
    • Protection against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) for all form submissions
    • Strict authentication for all API endpoints
    • Use of prepared SQL queries to protect against database injection
    • Transaction-based database operations for highest data integrity
  2. Payment Processing: Payments are processed exclusively through secure third-party providers (PayPal). We do not store complete payment information on our servers.
  3. Payment Security: All payment transactions are verified by cryptographic signatures and processed in a secure transaction system. If there are payment problems, premium features will not be activated.
  4. Logging: To ensure security and traceability, all security-relevant processes, especially payment transactions, are comprehensively logged.

§ 8-10 Privacy Policy, Changes & Final Provisions

Changes to the Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions. Users will be informed of significant changes and must agree to them at the next login to continue using the platform.

Final Provisions:
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Oldenburg, Germany.
